"We made a brown basmati rice bowl with tomatoes spinach 1/2 avocado and topped with 2 fried eggs; we added salt/pepper to taste and a tiny bit of chilli oil for a kick. I think 2 fried eggs might have been a little too much it did take me a while to finish it but I did have approximately 500mL of water with it so I may have watered myself out..? Overall I feel like this kept me full and was a delicious dinner."
