Instructions
- 1. - 1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. 
- 2. - 2. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 
- 3. - 3. In the same skillet, add the chickpeas and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. 
- 4. - 4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for about 30 seconds. 
- 5. - 5. Assemble the tacos by placing sliced chicken and chickpeas on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce and salsa.

- 1. - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast 
- 2. - 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed 
- 3. - 8 small corn tortillas 
- 4. - 2 cups shredded lettuce 
- 5. - 1 cup salsa (low-sugar) 
- 6. - 1 tablespoon olive oil 
- 7. - 1 teaspoon cumin 
- 8. - 1 teaspoon chili powder 
- 9. - Salt and pepper to taste
