Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale and shredded cabbage. (2 minutes)
2.
Add the shredded chicken, raisins, and chopped almonds to the bowl. (2 minutes)
3.
Drizzle the low-fat poppyseed dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients. (2 minutes)
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for flavors to meld. (Optional)
