Instructions
- 1. - In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce and purple cabbage. 
- 2. - Add the shredded chicken thighs on top of the greens. 
- 3. - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. 
- 4. - Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. 
- 5. - Top with tortilla strips just before serving for added crunch.
