Instructions
1.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. If using olive oil, add it to the skillet.
2.
Add the riced cauliflower and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
3.
Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
4.
Add the shredded chicken and black beans to the skillet. Stir everything together.
5.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with low-sodium soy sauce and Sriracha. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder
9.
1 teaspoon onion powder
10.
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for cooking)
