Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded carrots, and diced celery. (5 minutes)
2.
Add the shredded buffalo chicken on top of the salad mixture. (2 minutes)
3.
Drizzle the low-fat ranch dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. (3 minutes)
4.
Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce if desired. Serve immediately.

1/2 cup celery, diced
