Instructions
- 1. - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- 2. - In a large bowl, whisk together the egg whites and low-fat milk until well combined. 
- 3. - Add the steamed broccoli, chopped spinach, and low-fat cheese to the egg mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using. 
- 4. - Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin or silicone molds, filling each cup about 3/4 full. 
- 5. - Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg is set and the tops are lightly golden. 
- 6. - Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the molds. Serve warm.

- 2. - 1 cup low-fat cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar) 
- 3. - 1 cup egg whites (or 4 whole eggs)

- 6. - Salt and pepper to taste 
- 7. - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
