"Today I had protein flaxseed and chocolate chip pancakes and two eggs for breakfast. It was a bigger breakfast than Im used to and I ate in later in the morning so I think it should tide me over until dinner. I was proud of myself for being mindful of portion sizes and also thinking to sprinkle flax seeds on the pancakes along with a couple of chocolate chips. It was a great way to start the day I feel full and it was delicious! Also proud of myself for still eating in alignment with my goals even on a weekend."
"Wow your mindful approach to portion sizes and creative addition of flax seeds to your protein-rich breakfast is truly commendable. Its wonderful to see you enjoying your meals while staying aligned with your health goals. Remember every step you take towards your target is a victory in itself. Keep finding joy in these small victories Im proud of you too!"
