Instructions
1.
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Season the roast beef slices with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the beef for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
4.
4. Transfer the beef to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.

5. While the beef is baking, steam the green beans for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
6.
6. Serve the beef with green beans on the side and a generous scoop of cottage cheese on top.
