"Monday meal prep!! Note my little dog waiting nearby in hopes some food falls on the ground I made taco meat steak air fryer potatoes steamed artichokes broccolini and also a base of ham/mushroom/asparagus/bell peppers sauted so I can just add eggs throughout the week when Im pinched for time. Ohand perhaps THIS is another contributing factor as to why my back is all flared up"
