Instructions
- 1. - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat (about 5 minutes). 
- 2. - In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the fish fillets with this mixture. 
- 3. - Cook the fish on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky. 
- 4. - While the fish is cooking, prepare the toppings: chop the cherry tomatoes, slice the black olives, crumble the feta cheese, and chop the cilantro. 
- 5. - Once the fish is done, warm the tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side. 
- 6. - Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on each tortilla, then top with spinach, cherry tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, and cilantro. 
- 7. - Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
