Instructions
- 1. - 1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes). 
- 2. - 2. While the bread is toasting, mash the ripe avocados in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. 
- 3. - 3. In a non-stick skillet, cook the eggs to your preference (poached, scrambled, or fried) over medium heat (about 4-5 minutes). 
- 4. - 4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toasted bread. 
- 5. - 5. Top each slice with a cooked egg and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top. 
- 6. - 6. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
