Instructions
- 1. - 1. Start by toasting the whole grain crisp bread until golden brown. 
- 2. - 2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. 
- 3. - 3. Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy, then season with salt and pepper to taste. 
- 4. - 4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted crisp bread. 
- 5. - 5. Crumble the low-fat cheese on top of the avocado spread. 
- 6. - 6. Sprinkle poppy seeds and sesame seeds over the cheese. 
- 7. - 7. Serve with olives on the side for added flavor and healthy fats.
