Fitmate Coach – Subscription Terms (iOS)

Effective date: 12 January 2026

These Subscription Terms apply to in-app purchases made in the Fitmate Coach app (“App”).

1) Subscription & payment

Subscriptions are purchased via Apple In-App Purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

2) Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3) Manage or cancel

You can manage and cancel your subscription in iOS:

Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Fitmate Coach

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

4) Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple, but you can contact us at [email protected] for help finding the right steps.
