To begin your Fitmate Coach programme, simply take our 5 minute health quiz to tell our

coaches a little about you, your health goals, and your current lifestyle. You can take the

health quiz here.

Once your quiz is complete, you will be directed to download our app and your coach will

reach out there to start your customised health programme.

What are the benefits of working with a coach?

You’re 3x more likely to reach your health and weight goals with a coach than with an app.

Because it’s hard to make changes alone, Fitmate coaches help you adopt lasting changes to your nutrition & movement habits:

✔ Agreeing a plan focused on your struggle areas

✔ Implementing habit changes gradually, broken down into achievable weekly goals  

✔ Giving feedback on what’s on your plate - no judgement.

✔ Chatting with you several days a week to review progress, share expert advice and solve obstacles.

Do I need any equipment?
